TCO: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 56/CV-TCO dated 23rd November 2022 of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (securities code: TCO), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of 2021 second dividend payment time of TCO shares (record date: 21st November 2022) as follows:
Announced information in the Notice no.3338/TB-VSD dated 9th November 2022:
- Payment time: 28th November 2022
Adjusted information:
- Payment time: 23rd December 2022
Reason: because the Company is concentrating capital for production & business in the last months of 2022, it is unable to arrange finance for dividend payment as previoúly announced.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
