Pursuant to the document no.454/2022/CV-TCKT.FECON dated 24th October 2022 of FECON Corporation (securities code: FCN), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 26th September 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 28th October 2022

Payment time: 16th January 2023
- Reason: In the fourth quarter of 2022, FECON's production & business and balance of income and expenditure faced many difficulties due to unfavorable development of the construction market and general credit activities. Therefore, in order to ensure sufficient capital for production and business promotion in the fourth quarter of 2022, FECON Corporation would like to change dividend payment time.
This notice is for DMs' information to investors who have deposited above shares at DMs.
