BCE: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 22/2022/CV dated 7th October 2022 of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2021 cash dividend payment, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 12th October 2022 for 2021 cash dividend payment in accordance with Notice no. 1293/TB-CNVSD dated 28th September 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the Issuer has not arranged money for dividend payment so 2021 dividend payment will be temporarily postponed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 12th October 2022 for 2021 cash dividend payment in accordance with Notice no. 1293/TB-CNVSD dated 28th September 2022 by VSD.
