+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at company's office (Room 405, Ocean Park building, 1 Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi, tel 024.35772047/48) and Branch office (Room 801, level 8, Akashi building, no.10 Lot 2A, New urban area at the intersection of 5 Cat Bi airport, Le Hong Phong road, Dong KHe ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong, tel 0225-3260459), Hochiminh Branch (no.3, road no.8, Binh Thuan ward, district 7, Hochiminh city, tel 028.62616563) on working days from 26th October 2022. ID cards and certificate of share ownership have to be presented. In case of authorization, power of attorney certified by the People's Committee of the ward or commune where the shareholder resides.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 6th October 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
