Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) issued Guidelines on management and usage of clearing fund for derivatives market at VSD

On 9th August 2022, the Chief Executive Officer of VSD signed Decision No. 115/QĐ-VSD issuing Guideline on management and usage of clearing fund for derivatives market at VSD. The decision takes effect from the signing date and replaces Decision No. 97/QĐ-VSD dated 23rd March 2017 and Decision No. 145/QĐ-VSD dated 4th August 2017 of the Chief Executive Officer of Vietnam Securities Depository.
