Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2021 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 28th November 2022
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend by bank transfer or at Pacific Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company, Level 3, PVFCCo Building, 43 Mac Dinh Chi, Dakao Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City on weekdays from 28th November 2022. ID cards/passports, passbooks/Certifice of share ownership have to be presented. In case of authorization, valid power of attorney notarized or certified by local authority is required.
2. 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: October 2022 tentatively
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letters
 - Planned meeting agenda:
+ Submission to the General meeting to approve the report on feasibility study of VLGC ship investment project of Pacific Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company
+ Election of additional member of the Board of Directors
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22nd September 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
