PTL: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 790/VCG-TLTK dated 26th August 2022 of Victory Capital Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, record date: 15th August 2022 in accordance with Notice 1147/TB-CNVSD dated 4th August 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Because the Board of Directors considers that it is not necessary to adjust the business lines according to the announced content. The Company will seek shareholders' opinions at an appropriate time.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
