1. Payment of 2021 Cash Dividend

- Payment rate: 6.5%/share (6500 VND per share).
- Payment time: 23rd September 2022
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at VNSTEEL - Nha Be Steel Joint Stock Company - Nhon Trach Branch, Nhon Trach 2-Nhon Phu industrial zone, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province on working days from 23rd September 2022. ID cards/passports have to be presented.

2. Payment of 2021 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 50:13 (dividend payment ratio is 26% based on the number of outstanding shares, Shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share they own and to receive 13 new shares for every 50 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be bought by the Company as treasury shares at the price of 10,000 VND/share
- Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 206 shares is entitled to receive 53.36 shares ((206/50*13) = 53.36). According to the principle of rounding, A will only receive 53 shares and 5,600 VND (0.56*10,000 = 5,600)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at VNSTEEL - Nha Be Steel Joint Stock Company - Nhon Trach Branch, Nhon Trach 2-Nhon Phu industrial zone, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai provincefrom 23rd September 2022. ID cards/passports have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 6th September 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
