Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Execution time: the 3rd quarter of 2022 tentatively
- Execution venue: Construction Corporation No 1 Joint Stock Company, 111A Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City
- Content:
+ Change of management structure from operation and management model as stipulated in Point a, Clause 1, Article 137 of 2020 Enterprise Law to operation and management model in Point b, Clause 1, Article 137 of 2020 Enterprise Law
+ Dissolution of the Supervisory Board (SB) and dismissal/removal of all CC1 SB members from the time of applying the new organizational and management model.
+ Dimissal one member of the Board of Directors (BOD) and election of an independent BOD member for replacement
+ Approval of regulation on electing BOD members for 2021-2026 term
+ Approval of revising the Charter of organization and operation
+ Approval of revising internal regulation on corporate governance and working regulation of the BOD
+ Change of business lines
+ Approval of scheme of selling all CC1 treasury shares on UPCOM
+ Authorizing the BOD to implement above contents as stipulated by prevailing laws.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 26th August 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
