Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2021 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 2 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares received will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares will be removed
For example: on record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares,  he shall be entitled to 57.5 shares ((115/2)x1 = 57.5). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 57 new shares and the 0.5 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at Sea & Air Freight International on working days. ID cards have to be presented.

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: September 2022 tentatively (specific meeting time to be announced)
- Meeting venue: Sea & Air Freight International, 209 Nguyen Van Thu, district 1, Hochiminh city
- Meeting agenda: Adjustment of 2022 business plan and advance payment of 2022 dividend in accordance with the Resolution of the General meeting dated 8th April 2022, implementation plan for the last 6 months of 2022; specific plan of trading treasury shares; Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 12th August 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
