Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Meeting time: 24th June 2022 tentatively
- Meeting venue: level-7 meeting hall, Hanoi Cadastral Survey Joint Stock Company, no.9B Nguyen Hong road, Thanh Cong ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda: some issues within the authority of the annual general meeting
a. Reports:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2021 governance activities
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2021 supervision actiivties
+ Report on 2021 production & business results, 2022 plan
+ Report on land project in Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
b. Proposals :
+ Approval of 2021 audited financial statements
+ Approval of 2021 profit distribution
+ Approval of 2022 profit, revenue plan
+ Approval of 2022 remuneration of the BOD, SB
+ Approval of selection of an auditing company for 2022 financial statements
+ Approval of dismissing and electing additional BOD member
c. Other issues within the authority of the annual general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 8th June 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
