VSE: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 214/VECS-TCKT dated 12th May 2022 of Vietnam Expressway Services Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 31st March 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 31st March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1013/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: for good preparation of meeting materials of 2022 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited VSE shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 31st March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1013/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: for good preparation of meeting materials of 2022 annual general meeting.
