NDN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.39/CV-NDN dated 29th April 2022 of Danang Housing Investment Development Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 516/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Danang Housing Investment Development Joint Stock Company has not finalized to submit the General meeting as stipulated by the Charter, the Company decides to postpone the meeting time to have more time for better and success organization of the meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 516/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2022 by VSD.
