SBR: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.02/CSSB-HĐQT dated 15th April 2022 of Song Be Rubber Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2022 in accordance with Notice 318/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: due to the Covid-19 complicated situation in Binh Phuoc province, the Company will organize 2022 annual general meeting when the epidemic is under control by 30th June 2022
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
