Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Meeting time: 8th June 2022
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the meeting invitation sent to shareholders and on the Company's website (https://www.vilico.vn/)
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Report of the Board of Directors in 2021;
+ Report of the Supervisory Board in 2021;
+ 2021 audited financial statements;
+ 2021 profit distribution scheme;
+ 2022 Plan for revenue and profit;
+ 2022 dividend payment plan;
+ Selection of an auditing company for 2022 financial statements;
+ 2022 remuneration plan for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;
+ Revising the Charter; internal regulations on corporate governance; working regulations of the Board of Directors;
+ Approving investment projects;
+ Plan of issuing shares for existing shareholders to raise charter capital
+ Plan of listing and trading of VLC shares on HOSE;
+ Removing members of the BOD, SB
+ Approval of the number of BOD members for 2020-2024 term
+ Election of additional members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board;
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10th May 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
