Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:8 (shareholders are entitled to receive 8 new shares for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 126 shares is entitled to receive 100.8 shares (126*8/10 = 100.8). The shareholder A will receive 100 shares and 0.8 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity at the depository member where they opened depository account.
- The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity at Post and Telecommunication Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, level 3, Tower C, Golden Palace building, Me Tri road, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29th April 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
