Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time: 20th May 2022 (virtual)
- Planned Meeting venue: Meeting room of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company, level 10, main building, no.328 Luong Ngoc Quyen road, Dong Quang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province (location of technical work when the General Meeting is virtually held).
Note: Due to the reduced impact of the Covid-19 epidemic compared to the previous year, the Company will arrange a large hall to receive and allow shareholders to attend this meeting more conveniently than the previous meeting. Location of the meeting hall for shareholders to attend the meeting will be decided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors before announcing the meeting invitation to shareholders.

+ Discussion and approval of 2021 audited financial statements
+ Discussion and approval of reports by the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board on 2021 activity results and 2022 directions

+ Discussion and approval of 2021 remuneration, bonus to the BOD, Supervisory Board  and 2022 plan
+ Discussion and approval of the revised Charter
+ Discussion and approval of authorizing the BOD to decide issues within the authority of the general meeting
+ Discussion and approval of cancelling share issuance for existing shareholders in the proposal no.514/Ttr-HĐQT by the BOD dated 12th October 2021 approved at the Resolution no.670/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated 30th November 2021 by the General meeting
+ Discussion and approval of share issuance for existing shareholders; share issuance in accordance with ESOP; share issuance of private placement for professional investors
+ Discussion and approval of other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am on 19th April 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice
