HU1: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 499/TB-HĐQT dated 21st March 2022 of HUD1 Investment and construction JSC on cancelling the record date for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 22nd March for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 702/TB-VSD dated 4th March for 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the company is completing the transfer of investors who have just repurchased shareholding of HUD corporation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 22nd March for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 702/TB-VSD dated 4th March for 2022 by VSD.
