- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): the shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit. The fractional shares (if any) due to rounding and shares that existing shareholders refuse to buy or are not entitled to buy all will be decided by the BOD to select investors, the number of investors and shares distributed to each investors with price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders:
+ Being domestic and foreign institions, individuals with financial potential. The distribution of remaining shares to organizations and individuals ensures that it is not the case that an organization, individual or a group of organizations, individuals and related persons are distributed with shares leading to the ownership ratio exceeding the limit specified in Article 35 of the Law on Securities or offering to these subjects from 10% of the Company's charter capital in this offering.
+ Having a foreign ownership ratio at the Company in accordance with prevailing laws.
In case the BOD distributes the fractional shares (if any) due to rounding and the number of shares that the existing shareholders refuse to buy and cannot register to buy all of the above to one or a number of Investors, these shares are restricted from being transferred within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
Example: Shareholder A owns 101 shares at the record date of the list of shareholders, shareholder A will be entitled to buy 50.5 shares. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will be entitled to buy 50 new shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be distributed by the BOD to other parties with price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.

- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 12th April  2022 to 6th May 2022
+ Subscribed shares are common shares and are freely transferable.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at DIC-DONG TIEN Joint Stock Company, Lot 17, Nhon Trach 2 industrial zone, Provincal road 25B, Phu Hoi comune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 4th April 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
