FCC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 01-2022/CV-FCC dated 1st March 2022 of Foodstuff Combinatorial Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2021 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2021 annual general meeting on the record date of 4th May 2021 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 1383/TB-VSD dated 14th April 2021.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the company is unable to organize 2021 annual general meeting. The Company proposes to cancel the list of shareholders for attending 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
