Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 20th April 2022
- Meeting venue: VIP 1 Room, Ground Level, Binh Duong Conference and Exhibition Center, 1 Le Loi, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province (New City)
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2021 business result and 2022 plan
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2021 activities;
+ Approval of 2021 audited financial statements; 
+ Approval of 2021 profit distribution scheme and 2022 plan;
+ Approval of 2021 remuneration payment for the BOD, the SB and the secretary of BOD and 2022 plan;
+ Approval of selecting an independent auditing company to review and audit 2022 financial statements;
+ Approval of revising business lines and the Charter
+ Election of the BOD, SB members for 2022-2027 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23rd March 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
