+ Investment and capital mobilization plan for production and business activities and investment in 2022;
+ The plan to restructure DIC Corp into DIC Group (securities code: ‘‘DIC’); strategic orientation for the development of DIC Group in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030;
+ Policy to remove 3 business lines from the Certificate of business registration of DIC Corp because it is related to the maximum foreign ownership rate of 0%;
+ Request the General Meeting to approve change the contents of the Business Registration Certificate No. 3500101107; Revising the Charter of DIC Corp and authorizing the Board of Directors to consider and decide the time of change, necessary documents and dossier in accordance with the prevailing laws;
+ Report on the implementation plan of investment projects and other projects in the upcoming time and the plan of loan limit for investment activities in 2022;
+ Approving the policy of selecting auditors for 2022 financial statements for DIC Corp and authorizing the Board of Directors to consider and decide an audit company for 2022 financial statements for DIC Corp;
+ Other issues under the decision of the General Meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23rd March 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
