- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of:
+ Meeting agenda
+ Working regulation of the meeting
+ Report on 2021 production & business results, 2022 plan; 2022 construction and investment plan; approval of contracts, transactions (if any) in 2022 within the authority of the General meeting
+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2021 governance and activity results; 2022 directions and tasks on governance and activities
+ 2021 audited financial statements
+ Profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment; 2021 dividend payment and 2022 plan
+ Report on 2021 remuneration, salary, bonus and other benefits for the BOD, SB; 2022 plan
+ Report on assessing activities of the SB and its members. Appraisal report by the SB on: Company's business report, 2021 financial statements, report on assessing management of the BOD and Director
+ Report on selecting an auditing company for 2022 financial statements
+ Removal, election of additional BOD, SB members for 2020-2025 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23rd March 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
