- Payment rate: 10.819% (Shareholders are entitled to 10.819 new shares for every 100,000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of treasury shares divided among shareholders according to the payment rate for each shareholder is calculated as an integer, the decimal will not be rounded to 1 share. The fractional shares (if any) will be traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange.
For example: shareholder A who owns 3,000 shares is entitled to receive 324.57 new shares. According to above principle, shareholder A will receive 324 shares. The 0.57 shares will not be distributed to the shareholders and sold on the trading floor of Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the Securities company where they opened depository account (in accordance with guidance of the Securities company).
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at Thanh Thai Group Joint Stock Company, no.6 Nguyen Trai, May To ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong on working days. Identity papers, ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28th February 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
