Payment of 2020 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 11.36365% (Shareholders are entitled to 1,136,365 new shares for every 10,000,000 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for shareholders will be rounded down to the unit to ensure that the total number of distributed shares does not exceed the total number of issued shares. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed. The new charter capital will be registered in accordance with actually distributed shares.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,234 shares is entitled to receive 140.2274 shares ((1,234:100)x11.36365=140.2274). According to the principle of rounding, A will only receive 140 shares and the 0. 2274 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of VCP Power & Construction Joint Stock Company, level 19, Vinaconex building, no.34 Lang Ha, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi on working days. ID cards/passports (for individual)/Certificate of business registration (for institution) have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 26th January 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
