TNS: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 111/TB-TNS dated 30th November 2021 of Ea Pok Coffee Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Extraordinary genreral meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Extraordinary genreral meeting, the record date of 24th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no.749/TB-CNVSD dated 4th May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: due to Covid 19, the Issuer is unable to organize 2021 extraordinary general meeting to elect additional Supervisory Board member for 2017-2021 as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
