VTG: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 112a/CVDL dated 4th November 2021 of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Tourist Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 10th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 702/TB-CNVSD dated 26th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the Covid-19 epidemic in Vung Tau city in the past time, in order to ensure the health and safety of shareholders, and to comply with the prevention of the risk of infection of the Covid-19 epidemic.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 10th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 702/TB-CNVSD dated 26th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the Covid-19 epidemic in Vung Tau city in the past time, in order to ensure the health and safety of shareholders, and to comply with the prevention of the risk of infection of the Covid-19 epidemic.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
