MCI: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 47/CT-TCKT dated 1st November 2021 of IDICO Material development and construction investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date in accordance with Notice no. 629/TB-CNVSD dated 9th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Expiring the time of holding 2021 Annual General Meeting according to the plan of the IDICO-MCI Board of Directors which was on 29th June 2021 and due to regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control of the Prime Minister and Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee applied at the meeting venue.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
