- At the end of sale registration period, the bondholders who only register to sell a part or do not register to sell are only allowed to sell the number of bonds registered for sale, the number of bonds unregistered for sale will not be able to be sold back. The number of redeemed bonds is determined basing on the actual number of bonds that bondholders register to sell.
- All redeemed bonds will be removed.
Example: a shareholder who owns 135 SHT119008 bonds is entitled to sell 135 SHT119008 bonds.
+ During the exercise of bond sale registration, the bondholder registers to sell 110 bonds of SHT119008, then Thu Do Song Hong Group Joint Stock Company will redeem these 110 bonds. After redemption, the Company will remove these 110 bonds. Bondholder after selling 110 bonds still owns 25 bonds (135 - 110 = 25).
The amount paid to bondholder A is 11,099,030,030 VND (110 x 100,900,273 = 11,099,030,030).
+ During the exercise of bond sale registration, the bondholder registers to sell 135 bonds of SHT119008, then Thu Do Song Hong Group Joint Stock Company will redeem these 135 bonds. After redemption, the Company will remove these 135 bonds. Bondholders no longer own SHT119008 bonds.
The amount paid to bondholder A is 13,621,536,855 VND (135 x 100,900,273 = 13,621,536,855).
- Time period of registration for sale back to Issuer: from 12th November 2021 to 3:00 pm on 16th November 2021
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interst at Song Hong Thu do Group Joint Stock Company, no.189 Lam Son road, Tich Son ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province on working days from 12th November 2021 to 3:00 pm on 16th November 2021. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 11th November 2021
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
