AMP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 293-2021/TB-AMP dated 20th July 2021 of Armephaco Joint Stock Company (AMP) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 12th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1519/TB-VSD dated 27th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic, the Company postponed 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
