Payment of 2020 stock dividend

- Payment rate: 100:20 (Shareholders are entitled to 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the unit, fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 36 shares is entitled to receive 7.2 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 7 new shares, the 0.2 fractional shares will be removed
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ASG Corporation, Hanoi Representative Office, Room 406, level 4, Plaschem building, 562 Nguyen Van Cu, Gia Thuy ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi. Following documents have to be represented:

For individuals

i) Original ID cards or valid personnal identity papers such as passports of shareholder or authorized person

ii) power of attorney certified by local people's committee or notarized in case of authorization

iii) original certificate of share ownership/passbooks

For institutions:

i) Certificate of business registration (copy)

ii) Letter of introduction/power of attorney signed by legal representative with the corporate stamp (original)

iii) Origianal and valid identity papers such as valid passport of authorized person

iv) original certificate of share ownership/passbooks

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 12th July 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
