Pursuant to the document no. 19/2021/CV-HĐQT dated 15th May 2021 of Phu Tho Tourist Service Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 31st March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 452/TB-CNVSD dated 12th March 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason:
- Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19
- 2021 is the year of term end, so the Board of Directors needs time to better prepare the General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
