Pursuant to the document no. 08a/2021-TB-DTT dated 10th May 2021 of DO THANH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION on cancelling the record date for 2021 annual general meeting and advance payment of 2020 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 24th May 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting and advance payment of 2020 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 765/TB-CNVSD dated 6th May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: to have time for better preparation for 2021 annual general meeting in the situation of covid-19
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 24th May 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting and advance payment of 2020 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 765/TB-CNVSD dated 6th May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
