Pursuant to the document no. 45/TB-ICDST dated 26th February 2021 of Tan Cang Song Than ICD Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot on the record date of 24th November 2020 as notified by VSD's Branch in the Notice no.1582/TB-CNVSD dated 13th November 2020.
Reason for cancellation: After discussing and reaching consensus on business situation, the Board of Directors and Management Board decided to suspend the addition of business lines to ensure benefits for shareholders and the Company, as well as to prepare better for future plans. Business lines will be supplemented at an appropriate time.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
