Disclosure of relocating VSD's Branch Office in Hochiminh City

In compliance with the provisions of Article 20, Decree no.81/2015/ND-CP on the extraordinary disclosure of information, based on the Certificate of revising Operation Registration Certificate of One-member Limited Liability Company - Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - No. 01/GCN-UBCK dated 25th January 2021, VSD would like to report and disclose information on the change of VSD's Branch address as follows:
- Former address: no.151 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, ward 6, district 3, Hochiminh city
- New address: level 7, building of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, no.16 Vo Van Kiet road, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city
VSD's Branch will start working at the new address from 8th March 2021.
VSD would like to send the Department for information disclosure as stipulated by laws.
