VSF: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to document no.2237/LTMN-TCHC dated 17th November 2020 of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 8th June 2020 in accordance with Notice no. 997/TB-VSD dated 21st May 2020 by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch
Reason: At the request of the issuer. The issuer will make procedures again to finalize shareholder list of the Annual general meeting in accordance with regulations.
This notice is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited VSF shares at DMs.
