NCS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to document no.170/CV-NCS dated 26th November 2020 of NoiBai Catering Services Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting on the record date of 23rd November 2020 in accordance with Notice no. 3290/TB-VSD dated 5th November 2020 of VSD.
Reason: the company has not prepared all necessary documents to submit to the general meeting.
This notice is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited NCS shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting on the record date of 23rd November 2020 in accordance with Notice no. 3290/TB-VSD dated 5th November 2020 of VSD.
