SHX: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to document no. 59/HDQT dated 29th October 2020 of Sai Gon Train Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting on the record date of 12th October 2020 in accordance with Notice no. 1428/TB-VSD dated 16th September 2020 by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch
Reason: The issuer needs more time to prepare for the meeting. The issuer will reimplement the procedures to finalize the list of shareholders in accordance with regulations.
This notice is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited SHX shares at DMs.
