Pursuant to the document no. 138/XNKDM dated 14th September 2020 of Textile - Garment Import - Export and Production Joint Stock Corporation regarding the cancellation of the record date for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Textile - Garment Import - Export and Production Joint Stock Corporation cancels the record date on 16th September 2020 for exercising postal ballot (as announced in the Notice no. 2708/TB-VSD dated 28th August 2020 of VSD)
Reason: the Board of Directors decided to change from postal ballot to holiding extraordinary general meeting.
