- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares:
+ The General meeting of shareholders will authorize the Board of Directors to offer fractional shares arising from rounding and unsubscribed shares to other parties to managers or employees in accordance with appropriate conditions with price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.
- Example: On record date, Shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 100 shares is entitled to buy 12 shares (calculated by the formula: 100*1/8=12.50).

- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 8th January 2021 to 22nd January 2021
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only (not transferring to the 3rd party)
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 8th January 2021 to 27th January 2021
+ Shares issued for existing shareholders are freely transferable.

- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Song Da Ha Noi Joint Stock Company, Song Da building, Pham Hung road, My Dinh 1 ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi. ID cards and original Certificate of share onwership or ID card of authorized person, Power of attorney, Certificate of share ownership/passbooks (original) in case of authorization have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 5th January 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
