Pursuant to the document no. 0712/20/CV-HAGL Agrico dated 7th December 2020 of regarding cancellation of postal ballot of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:

Reason for cancellation: The Board of Directors of the company decides to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting to submit and directly collect shareholders' opinions for the contents under the authority of the General Meeting as a substitute for postal ballot. 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
