RBC: Change of Meeting Time for 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to document no. 56/TB-RBC dated 13th March 2020 of
Rubber Industry and Import - Export Joint Stock Company regarding change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the change of meeting time of 2020 Annual General Meeting (record date: 4th March 2020) as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 135/TB-CNVSD dated 14th February 2020 of VSD - Ho Chi Minh Branch
+ Meeting time: 20th March 2020
* Changed information:
+ Meeting time: to be announced later
Reason for change: at present, the situation of Covid-19 virus has become worsen and more complicated, potentially spread strongly in the community. under this circumstance, the organization of the annual general meeting as scheduled on March 20, 2020 is difficult to implement. Rubber Industry and Import - Export Joint Stock Company decides to change the time of the meeting.
Other information in notice no. 135/TB-CNVSD dated 14th February 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
