VFR: Cancellation of Record Date for 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 36/2020/TB-VFR dated 6th April 2020 of Transport and Chartering Corporation regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 7th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 1064/TB-VSD dated 26th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid - 19 epidemics in Vietnam and following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam on restricting crowded events, the company decided to change the date to hold 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
