LCW: Cancellation of the record date for 2020 annual general meeting (the record date: 03/02/2020)

According to document no.20/CV-CTN dated 20th February 2020 of Lai Chau Clean Water Joint Stock Company (LCW) as regards cancellation of shareholder list for 2020 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follow:
Lai Chau Clean Water Joint Stock Company cancelled the shareholder list for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date: 03/02/2020 (Notice no.96/TB-VSD dated 14th January 2020 by VSD)
Reason: in order to have time for good preparation of contents and other tasks for annual general meeting in 2020 and 2020-2025 term, LCW will delay the time to organize Annual General Meeting in 2020 and 2020-2025 term later than expected. LCW will send a written notice to VSD to inform the record date and the meeting date later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
