VIE: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document no. 02/CV/VITECO-HDQT dated 13th April 2020 of VITECO Vietnam Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 6th April 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 948/TB-VSD dated 18th March 2020).
Reason: restricting meetings, mass gatherings to prevent the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring the safety for shareholders and production and business activities of the Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
