VCA: Change of Meeting Time for 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to document no. 20/TB-HĐQT-VCA dated 31st March 2020 of VNSTEEL-VICASA Joint Stock Company regarding the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting (record date: 25th March 2020), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting of the company as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 317/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2020 of VSD-Branch:
+ Meeting time: 14th April 2020
* Changed information:
+ Planned meeting time: at the end of April 2020 (depend on the situation of Covid-19)
Reason for adjustment: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic and to implement the direction of the Prime Minister on restricting mass gatherings.
Other contents in notice no. 317/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
