VST: Change of Meeting Time for 2020 Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to document no. 134/TB-TK dated 31st March 2020 of Viet Nam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company regarding the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting (record date: 20th March 2020), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the change of meeting time for 2020 annual general meeting of the company as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 224/TB-CNVSD dated 26th February 2020 of VSD:
+ Meeting time: expected from 17th April to 29th April 2020
* Changed information:
+ Meeting time: will be announced later but no later than 30th June 2020
+ Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the organization of Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2020 as scheduled is not in line with the Government's policy. Therefore, the Issuer proposes to change the meeting date.
Other contents in notice no. 224/TB-CNVSD dated 26th February 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
