CPI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 65/2020/CV-CPI dated 11th May 2020 of Cailan Port Investment Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of CPI shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 20th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 529/TB-VSD dated 28th February 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, the company is not able to hold the General Meeting of Shareholders on 18th April 2020 as expected.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
