KCB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 425/TB-KSLK dated 7th May 2020 of Cao Bang Miniral and Metallurical Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of KCB shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 749/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid - 19 epidemic in Vietnam and following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam on restricting crowded events, the Company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
