Pursuant to the document no. 16/2020/TB-ĐTTS dated 27th March 2020 of Vietnam Fishery Mechanical Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce cancellation of shareholder list on the record date of 18th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 496/TB-VSD dated 26th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid -19 epidemics, the Company will announce the record date for holding 2020 Annual general meeting later.
